- Position Title: Group Business & Finance Manager
- Working Location: City Hall
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6000 + AWS + VB
- Duration: 1 year (Renewable Contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation finance report, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and manage cash flow forecasting.
- Perform financial management duties and generate financial data, compile, and submit reports, analyse industry trends, and assess the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Advise executive management on decisions related to the company’s finances.
- Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
- Monitor the performance of different financial instruments.
- Manage the preparation of the company taxation reports.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Finance and Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a senior finance-related role
- Candidate with finance background in sales, engineering, or mining supplier organisation would be advantageous
