- Position : Project Director (Construction & Civil Engineering / 6 days work) - Up to $16,000
- Location : Office based at Changi
- Working hours : Monday to Saturday | 8am to 5pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $16,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the successful conclusion of construction projects
- Oversee Project Managers and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to Project Managers to implement the decisions
- Meeting with Clients, Stakeholders and Project Managers to report on project progress
- Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships
- Devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
- Manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
Requirements:
- Minimum of Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 13-15 years previous work experience as a Senior Project Manager
- Possess Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent and other basic construction certificates
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills, and experience supervising, training and mentoring staff
- Leadership and business management skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak mandarin
