Our client is an Aerospace MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the manufacturing process, managing activities from the receipt of raw materials to the shipment of finished parts.
- Develop and update work instructions using solid modelling, aligned with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Create designs for tooling, fixtures, and gauges.
- Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), including organizing pre-production pilot runs and providing training for team members.
- Provide technical assistance to the Production team to meet technical and quality standards.
- Collaborate with OEMs on product requirements, process qualifications, and technology advancements.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to the company system
- Assist in the development of Request for Quote (RFQ) proposals and processes.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Requirement
- Min degree in engineering
- Min 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Precision Engineering
- Proficient in programming using CAD/CAM and Experience with CNC machining
- Experience in heat treatment, welding, non-conventional machining.
