Loans Executive (Banking/East/6 Months Contract/Up to $4000)
1. Perform new credit file creation in system
2. Perform filing of source reports & media into credit file and arranging for archival
3. Handle archival process of redemption cases
4. Manage document movement (retrieval and archival) with CROWN (vendor).
5. Perform release and received of security document to/from law firm
6. Perform release of cashier’s order to law firm
7. Manning Credit Ops Registry counter
8. Ensure all requests are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
9. To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager / Supervisor.
10. To ensure high quality level in services delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in performing new credit file creation within a system.
- Proficiency in filing source reports and media into credit files, as well as arranging for their archival.
- Experience in handling the archival process of redemption cases.
- Ability to manage document movement, including retrieval and archival, with external vendors.
- Familiarity with releasing and receiving security documents to/from law firms.
- Experience in releasing cashier’s orders to law firms.
- Capability to manage the Credit Ops Registry counter.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure all requests are processed within specified service standards, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proven ability to identify and highlight any discrepancies or deviations to the Team Manager or Supervisor.
- Commitment to ensuring a high level of quality in service delivery.
