JOB SCOPE:-
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards in area of IT Operations;
- Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various IT operations teams to understand requirements;
- Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write Standard operations procedures, procedure manuals & process documentation;
- Research, create, and maintain information templates that adhere to best practice standards;
- Develop training material for IT Operations where needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Able to process quickly and understand complex subject matter;
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for IT operations will be a plus;
- Good written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- Able to multiple tasks and a result oriented individual.
