What you will be working on
- Lead and manage a team of officers to conduct audits on employers, ensuring adherence to CPF regulations and compliance standards.
- Handle Voluntary Self-Rectification cases, guiding employers through the process and ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Manage whistle-blower reports, conducting thorough investigations and taking appropriate action in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement audit protocols and procedures to ensure thorough and effective examination of employer compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to employers participating in Voluntary Self-Rectification, facilitating their understanding of compliance requirements and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address systemic compliance issues and improve enforcement processes.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis and numerical processing, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting to support audit activities and enforcement efforts.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in compliance, enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and numerical processing.
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compliance and enforcement activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven interpersonal and supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and to foster a positive working environment.
The successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Manager/Senior Manager, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
