Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment of business teams, expanding talent channels according to business objectives to ensure timely staffing and meeting the hiring needs for business development.
- Perform HR tasks such as recruitment and employee relations for the supported departments, assisting business departments in improving organizational performance.
- Deeply understand the business conditions and team operations of the business departments, providing HR solutions that meet the unique needs of the business team.
- Form effective interactions with employees of business departments, expand communication channels, coordinate and resolve relationships between internal employees and between employees and management, addressing employees' reasonable requests.
- Recruitment data analysis, cost analysis, and other tasks.
Job Requirement
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above.
- More than 3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of HRBP experience.
- Strong communication skills, coordination ability, affinity, sharp insight, and analytical judgment.
- Understand the basic tasks of various HR modules, have practical experience in the recruitment direction of HR modules, and be familiar with relevant national policies, laws, and regulations.
