Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of office assets: hardware, software, and the Teams phone systems.
- Responsible for supporting M365, AD account creation/deletion, Endpoint protection, Break/fix requests, server patching / OS update, OS hardening, backup of servers, and replication of VMs to Azure
- Prepare and deploy new IT equipment (laptop/desktop/VM on VMware or on Azure)
- Manage monthly/daily backup as well as restoration upon request.
- Manage intranet hosted in SharePoint online, print servers, file servers, AD, SolarWinds, and manage Engine Service Desk Plus
- Manage office Facial Recognition system platform.
- Create and maintain reports for audit and reporting (ISO 9000, 20K and 27K)
- Update Information Security Management System documents in relation to MIS function.
- Create and maintain operation manual and configuration document.
- Raise purchase request for new software or hardware or renewal of license subscription.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in related IT field.
- Minimum 2 years desktop support experience in an IT department
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
- Experience with backup and monitoring is preferred.
- Excellent Windows 10/11 knowledge and/or M365 knowledge
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019 or 2022 and GPO implementation
- Experience in VMware administration or Nutanix.
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Forms
- Experience in remote troubleshooting
- HP, Dell, Lenovo, Huawei, Cisco or Fortinet equipment knowledge is plus
- Good communication skills (training, presentations, learning)
- Good problem resolution and analytical skills
