Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
