Account Assistant (AP & AR) - 6 months contract

Kerja Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Working location: 54 Genting Lane

Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon~Fri


Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage Accounts Payable functions.
  • Accurately input AP invoices into our system.
  • Keep meticulous records of payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
  • Minimum LCCI/Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail.
  • Preferably familiar with SAP.
