Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon~Fri
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage Accounts Payable functions.
- Accurately input AP invoices into our system.
- Keep meticulous records of payments, expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Chinese counterparts.
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail.
- Preferably familiar with SAP.
