Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in new markets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets in new markets across Southeast Asia.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in Southeast Asia, with experience expanding into new markets in the region.
