Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the vertical.
- Represent Honeywell as the primary interface for the sector, communicating the value proposition to global customers.
- Collaborate with partners and Honeywell offices worldwide to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
2. Sales Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and support regional sales teams to achieve annual targets.
- Develop selling competencies in local sellers and account managers.
- Analyze past wins and losses to create target profiles and effective strategies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with functional teams (e.g., Global Products, Marketing) to address global and regional needs.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance local sales of solutions.
4. Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate business risks and proactively escalate when necessary.
MUST HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the Process Solution business.
- Technical Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
