Responsibilities:
- Manage and update corporate information across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, intranet).
- Coordinate award timelines and submissions.
- Write and copyedit department publications, including newsletters, brochures, eDMs, award submissions, web articles, and press releases.
- Assist in developing and producing brand content such as corporate videos, podcast episodes, and social media content.
- Engage and liaise with media contacts for press opportunities, and submit project materials to external publications.
- Assist in collating and analyzing digital media data.
- Provide operational and administrative support for the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Some knowledge or experience in podcast/video post-production.
