Responsibilities
- Manage daily requests for unit trust transfers.
- Processing of unit trust requests.
- Handle email enquiries or requests from stakeholders.
- Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
- Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks.
- Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment.
- Perform validation and support files preparation of insurers.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Banking/Finance/Accountancy
- Keen to learn and positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
