About the client:
Our client is a Reputed MNC, leader in trading, risk management and processing solutions for capital markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of infrastructure and IT services to SaaS on-time.
- Monitor and support current infrastructure and ensure the quality and stability of the platform.
- Provide support ticket follow-up until resolution with clear communication.
- Work on infrastructure delivery procedures including regular performance reviews, user and access management, capacity management, vulnerability management, etc.
- Plan and supervise standard hardware, patching, and upgrade maintenance (Windows, Linux, DB...) with providers.
- Identify recurrent issues and escalate/work with relevant experts to resolve them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in computer science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a Networking or Infrastructure support role.
- 2+ years of demonstrable, professional SaaS Cloud Infrastructure experience in AWS.
- Proficient in computer networking applied to cloud environments.
- Linux / Windows Server operating systems
- Virtualization, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
