Pilates Instructor – Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Deliver private sessions to members, and monitor members' progress with regular physical assessments
- Recognize individual clients' needs and plan safe and effective movement programs using Pilates Methods on Pilates Matwork and comprehensive Pilates
- Achieve personal targets in clients’ visits and service goals
- Provide high quality customer service, and maintain professionalism at all times
- A strong work ethic including motivation to help members make lifestyle changes
- Regular update on skills with continuing education
- Ensure that service areas, equipment and supplies are maintained in an orderly and safe manner
Requirements:
- Recognized international Pilates certificates, e.g PMA, NCPT, Polestar Comprehensive Pilates, Ron Fletcher Pilates, Stott Pilates or equivalent certifications
- Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years is required
- Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels
- Dynamic, resourceful, team player and able to articulate objectives in a compelling manner
- Required to work shift duties including weekends and public holiday for full-timers
