RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Head of Business and Operations Excellence, the position calls for an individual with prior experience in facilities management, store design and build for F&B Food shops, restaurants, cafes and kiosks.
The position requires a proven track record in project management, facilities management, sourcing and maintenance of F&B equipment, close liaison and understanding of prevailing authorities frameworks and submissions. The candidate should also have significant M&E knowledge in F&B settings, especially in cafes and kiosks formats.
The position provides candidates the opportunity to work with Business, Operations and Marketing heads of a leading brand to innovate new concepts and scale its offerings.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the facilities and equipment maintenance work across all outlets for the brand.
- Drive all aspects of new outlet build projects, including liaising with Landlords, authorities for submissions and managing of consultants and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines and quality KPIs of new outlet build projects
- Key partner to Business Units to continuously improve design, space utilization,and outlet equipment setups across outlets to drive productivity and customer experiences.
- Analytical Skills and adept with using data to guide decision making
- 5 years of facilities management and outlet build experience in multi-chain cafes, kiosks, foodshops and F&B operational experience.
- Experienced in the areas of concept design, project development and construction of food eateries (e.g.foodshops, restaurants, kiosks and cafes)
- Familiar with kitchen design, flow and ergonomics with in-depth M&E knowledge in a F&B settings
- Ability to guide and engage various designers and consultants to deliver project outcomes
- Ability to work with operations and marketing departments to deliver project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage
