Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction site operations, including planning, coordination, supervision, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage all aspects of construction site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project requirements are met.
Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues or conflicts and propose solutions.
Manage onsite personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment on the construction site.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
Address project-related issues, concerns, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
