What Will You Do:
- To assist in the development of an omni-channel plan for a seamless O2O shopping experience
- To execute the brands' annual marketing plans like brand management, promotion, and retail events to drive awareness
- To handle public relations activities like networking with key KOL and medias, developing press kits & releases and hosting events
- To plan and implement events in-stores to drive consumer footfall, traffic, and engagement
- To plan the CRM strategy to grow and retain members in loyalty program
- To monitor progress of campaigns and submit reports of performance
- To collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses for projects and events
- To draw up and optimize marketing campaigns on strategic touch points for all seasonal campaigns and product launches
- To maintain relationships with shopping malls and ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- To update and upload monthly promotions and instore activities to all malls in Singapore
- To enhance campaign publicity through malls communication i.e. social posting, DOOH, Website etc.
- To strengthen engagement with target audience by developing new marketing initiatives across online & offline, events and crossover collaborations
- To work with internal and external stakeholders to conduct brand activities e.g. agencies, regional marketing team, senior management, corporate, vendor and floor staff
- To liaise with brand’s regional marketing team, senior management, corporate and suppliers as required
- To manage A&P planning to ensure optimum ROI
- To collaborate with VM ensuring the implementation of visual merchandising for the store adhere to global guidelines on new launches, seasonal change
- To brief and communicate with store team to update on VM & promotions, events, and retail activities on monthly basis
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
What Do You Need:
- At least a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
- Must have a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts & principles
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervisory
