Job purpose
The jobholder will assist the social worker with administrative tasks and requirements. To ensure that there is proper documentation and filing of documents. To liaise with the various departments from the organisation, different stakeholders to ensure a smooth sailing day to day operation with clients and their family members.
Duties and responsibilities
- Perform administrative role in accessing the AIC portal and liaise with client and their family members on the intake dates.
- To perform the necessary when admitting new client into the centre such as running through the service agreement or collection of deposits etc.
- To create admission on the CARES system.
- To liaise with the Finance Department in collection of monthly fees and deposits and/or clearing of outstanding amounts.
- To liaise with Business Office in providing the monthly attendance and updates and to print out invoices to send to client’s family members thereafter.
- To liaise with Transport Department pertaining to clients onboard our transport and to handle complaints or any disputes arising from it.
- Update and maintain proper documentation of all relevant transactions and records.
- Assist in administration of filing systems.
- Assist in day-to-day operation of the day care centre.
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Social Worker such as collating outing consent form, ZBI form, client satisfaction form etc.
