We are working with a global and independent trust firm to hire a junior Trust Officer.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of trust documentations (i.e., bank account opening, any other documents to support the trust managers)
- Store and maintain data in accordance with firm's policy and regulations
- Serve as a representative of the company to beneficiaries, advisors, colleagues and staff
- Liaising with intermediaries/clients to resolve their concerns escalating complex issues of judgment, ethics or compliance to management
- Assisting with any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Relevant experience within the trust business, particularly trust administration would be useful
- Prior understanding of trust deeds would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills as the role involves some extent of client-facing
- Proactive with proven track record in taking initiatives to get things moving
