As an HR and Administrative professional, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin duties, ensuring alignment between business objectives, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities include:
Human Resources Management
- Employee Relations: Align business objectives with employees and management within designated business units to foster a positive working environment.
- Policy Compliance: Assist in implementing and reviewing HR policies to ensure compliance with MOM regulations and the company's business objectives.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and confirmation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Evaluation: Coordinate performance evaluations, appraisals, promotions, bonuses, and salary increments to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Documentation and Records: Prepare official documents such as employment letters, appointment letters, termination letters, and warning letters.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Job Postings and Recruitment: Create and post recruitment advertisements, and coordinate with recruitment agencies to source and recruit talent, including foreign workers.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct the first round of interview screening to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
- Work Pass Management: Handle work pass applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates (WP, SP, LOC) in compliance with MOM regulations.
Employee Development and Engagement
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Bonding: Organize employee bonding activities to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
- Event Planning: Coordinate company events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Administration and Compliance
- Insurance and Bonds: Manage security bonds, undertaking bonds, and insurance policies, including project insurance and equipment insurance, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
