- With min 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with customers & vendors
- Received and Process Sales Order using SAP system, acknowledgement with estimate delivery date base on standard lead time
- Process Purchase Order to vendors
- Liaise with various internal & external parties to ensure timely production and shipping of goods
- Administer orders backlog, co-ordinate with Sales if there is any delivery &/or production hiccups.
- Process delivery or shipping documents, co-ordinate with Singapore &/or Philippines warehouse, Forwarders and Transporters to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
