Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to assist with legal compliance and decision-making.
- Assist in the review and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, corporate policies, and other legal agreements.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining legal files, scheduling meetings, and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with case management, including tracking deadlines and organizing evidence.
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent: You should be a law student or recent law school graduate with a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in legal research using both online resources and database.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadline.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all legal matters and sensitive information.
- Experience with legal writing, case analysis, or legal documentation is beneficial.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
