- Overseeing and determining for major IT projects including systems updates, migrations and digitalization.
- Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware and networls
- Work closely with other department to assess the growth needs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recover and IT structure
- Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
- Designing training programs and workshops for staff
- Conducting regular system audits
- Possess degree in IT, computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing on-premises servers, storage area networks
