We are looking for a passionate and professional Assistant Manager to join our team to help us with our mission of helping charities improve their backend operations and serve their clients better.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Senior Manager, Solutions & Support, the incumbent will assist in managing IT projects and provide support for clients.

What You'll Do
- You will support the onboarding process including setting up of users' accounts and training.
- You will define and implement solutions with vendors to address clients’ needs & manage project implementation of Point of Contact and pilot with commitment from partners and clients.
- You will define project schedule and deliverables, track and resolve implementation issues and manage the delivery of projects.
- You will address and troubleshoot technical problems encountered by clients and work with partners and vendors to resolve issues.
- You will work with SPPL Biz Tech to ensure system availability to clients and track, monitor and ensure resolution of all technical issues raised by various clients.
- You will manage and maintain good relationship with stakeholders, technical partners, vendors and clients.
- You will identify and work with technology partners to define and develop solutions to address clients’ needs.
Who You Are
- You will need a degree in Information Technology/Computing/Business Management.
- You will need at least 2 years experience in managing IT projects throughout the entire lifecycle with proven track records in implementing and delivering enterprise software solutions for customers.
- You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Cloud computing.
- You should be able to work with external vendors, as well as multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives within agreed timeline, budget and resources .
- You should have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical certification such as AWS/Google/Azure cloud certification will be an added advantage.
