Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a Technical Manager to join our client's team in the logistic / manufacturing industries.
As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance operations at the company. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all equipment and assets are in proper working order and meet safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures for all equipment and assets
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs
- Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of spare parts and equipment
- Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
