We are currently partnering with a prominent professional services firm, who is seeking a dynamic Techno-Functional Project Manager to join their team in Singapore.
The Role
You will be responsible for assessing, strategizing, implementing, and successfully completing projects within designated timeframes, financial parameters, and scopes that align with business goals. You'll engage in evaluating IT systems, potentially necessitating upgrades, or replacements, and take part in leading these assessments. Monitoring project advancement, overseeing teams to tackle obstacles and minimize risks, all while ensuring tangible benefits for the business, will be key aspects of your responsibility. At project commencement, you'll facilitate the creation and documentation of mission statements, major deliverables, success benchmarks, and approved budgets. In the planning stage, you'll set objectives using either Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Throughout project management, you'll direct project priorities, allocate resources, and manage budget allocations.
Your Profile
You are a PMP, Scrum Master certified Project Manager, with 10-15 years of experience in managing projects. You must have a track record of delivering successful project including end to end implementation of CRM/ERP systems. Solid interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for effectively partnering with various stakeholders in this role.
