[Our client is looking for an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility.]
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment.
- Lead a group of foreign workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assigned, etc
- Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
- Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in in-house system
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience preferable in Plant
- Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
- Proven supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Self-driven and proactive
