Job Description:
1,Establish the company's risk management system and risk control process design based on the overall development strategic goals of the company, promoting comprehensive prevention and control of internal and external risks;
2,Improve and implement risk management processes and standards as required by the risk management control system;
3,Maintain communication with industry and professional systems to obtain relevant operational and risk information, thereby identifying, mitigating, and tracking the implementation of risk response strategies;
4,Responsible for approving the details of risk control operations, guiding team members in investigating, inspecting, and analyzing project risks to avoid them;
5,Stay updated on market business developments and consolidate or refresh relevant regulatory policies to support business operations.
Job Requirements:
1,At least 10 years of relevant experience in risk control positions;
2,At least 3 years of experience in risk control management positions, with strong risk management concepts and team management skills;
3,Proficient in risk control models and processes, with extensive experience in industry risk identification and prevention;
4,High risk sensitivity, proficient in all aspects of risk control operations;
5,Meticulous thinker, strong principles, integrity, high sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to endure hardships, good team collaboration, and communication skills.
