Job Description
Prepare documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure.
Overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawings to the clients and subcontractor are issued and in relation to the Project Master Program.
Coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued and work closely with safety personnel to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
Hold weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
Job Requirement
· Good communication and organization skill.
· Min 3-5 years of experience in building/civil construction industries.
· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
· Good strong project management and planning skills.
