Job Description:
1,Responsible for the company's technological strategic direction and the construction of the technological framework;
2,In charge of architectural design, technology selection, performance analysis, and application of new technologies;
3,Responsible for researching technical solutions for various products, guiding product design and technological development, and accurately transforming business needs into design requirements;
4,Accountable for the technology selection of the company’s tech team, communication and management of core R&D personnel, establishing a robust technological development system, and continuously enhancing the company’s overall technical capabilities;
5,Responsible for organizing staff to study the technological development directions of industry products and actively exploring the application of new technologies.
Job Requirements:
1,A master's degree or higher from a formal university program in a computer-related field, with over 10 years of work experience;
2,Proficient in mainstream development frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringCloud, Mybatis, Activiti, and Spring Security, with experience in designing and developing web applications;
3,Familiar with common design patterns, and proficient in Java, MySQL, and other technologies;
4,Familiar with development frameworks such as SpringMVC, Spring, and Hibernate;
5,Strong organizational and leadership abilities, a high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and cooperation skills, and a team spirit.
