- Responsibilities 职责：
- Handle daily set up and operate the CNC Milling/ Lathe/ Turning Machine. 设定和操作数控铣床/车床机器。
- Understanding documents like blueprints, safety rules, 5S, manuals for operations and maintenance, and procedure guides. 了解蓝图、安全规则、5S、操作和维护手册以及程序指南等文档。
- Machining of all type of threads, grooves, soft seats, seat pocket, valve body, stem, plug and seat, strainer, gaskets, flanges & various type gates. 加工所有类型的螺纹、凹槽、软阀座、阀座套、阀体、阀杆、旋塞和阀座、过滤器、垫片、法兰和各种类型的闸门。
- Do processing and operations. 进行加工及操作。
- Generate CNC program and upload the program to designated machines. 生成CNC程序并将程序上传到指定机器。
- Précising machining of the specialized jigs and fixtures for test purposes. 专用夹具的精密加工。
- Work according to production plan and to maintain operational efficiency. 根据生产计划进行工作并保持运营效率。
- Carry out in process measurements and to maintain product quality. 进行过程测量并保持产品质量。
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. 执行机器的基本维护和故障排除。
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on workshop equipment. 对车间设备进行日常预防性维护。
- Keep up with the housekeeping requirements at the work station. 遵守工作站的内务管理要求。
Requirements 要求：
- At least 5 years of CNC Milling/Turning experience. 至少5年数控铣床/ 车床经验。
- With relevant experience in Semi-Con, Precision Engineering, Metal Fabrication and candidates industry will be an advantageous. 具有半导体、精密工程、金属制造和候选人行业的相关经验将是一个优势。
- Able to interpret technical/engineering drawings and have machining knowledge. 能够解读技术图纸并具备机械加工知识。
- Min. 5 years experinece in 4 axis, 5 axis CNC machine operation.
- Able to create geometry and check machining simulation. 能够创建几何形状并检查加工模拟。
- Has Gibbs Cam Experience in 2D and 2 1/2. 拥有 2D 和 2 1/2 方面的 Gibbs Cam 经验
- Understand G-code & M-code. 能理解G-code & M-code。
- Experience in Fanuc system. 有Fanuc系统经验。
- Knowledge of using measuring instruments for set-up and in-process inspection. 使用测量仪器进行设置和过程检查的知识。
