Job Descriptions:
Project Management
- Communicate and liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, maincons, subcons for site status and follow-up actions.
- Handle project submission and work processes.
- Attend site meetings, site discussions, and kick-off meetings when required.
- Liaise with building owner, maincon or authorities for the safety induction course and site access for site survey/installation work.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, technical proposals, AutoCAD drawings, and as-builts.
- Co-ordinate the installation work with clients, subcontractors, and workers to meet with the timeline.
- Update and submit the regular site progress/status reports to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the project coordination process
- Experience in construction/telecommunication/M&E is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
