Job Requirements
- Responsible in recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process, including job posting, scheduling interview and conducting new employee orientations.
- Handle work pass applications and liaise with MOM for work pass-related matters.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support in conflict resolution.
- Manage daily HR tasks and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance & HR databases.
- Responsible in ISO audits in developing training plans and maintain training records in compliance with ISO audits.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies on participation of mandatory surveys.
- Assist to manage employees’ appraisal for annual increment and performance including preparation of all HR related letters.
- Review annual employees’ insurance renewals.
- Handle work injury claim, assist in IReport, follow up with Medical Certificate and claim submission.
- Provide HR advice to supervisors and engage with employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Conduct regular interactions with employees to address their needs and queries regarding HR matters.
- Handle and follow up on the employees’ medical certificate and medical claims submission.
- Handle the Government Paid Maternity Leave, Childcare leave claims timely.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong working knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation
- Having leadership qualities and abilities
- Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet the deadliness
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Manufacturing or Construction, Process or Marine Industry an advantage
