Sales Manager
- Responsible for selling to customers in Singapore and assigned geographic territory or industry within Singapore.
- Leads deal pursuit by focusing on new business or up-selling within the accounts and securing new accounts.
- Requires a solid understanding of the Product and Services portfolio and process allowing them to evaluate the customer business case and develop a compelling sales message substantiating the services value proposition.
- Works with all levels of the account and may manage a very large pursuit team.
- Works on deals that are typically very large and require complex consultative customer proposals, and tailoring strategy and solutions to meet the needs of the customer.
- These jobs focus on selling to customers, typically through work that occurs outside the company offices
Requirement
- Must Have experience in Education Sales
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
Proven ability to position products against competitors
Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
