Summary:
Operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensuring the accuracy of measurements in the production of semiconductor components & maintaining the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibility:
Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform accurate and precise measurements on semiconductor components.
Perform CMM Programming and measurements.
SPC control and data analysis.
Analyse measurement data and prepare reports to document inspection results and trends.
Control of non-conforming product & Material Review Board.
Root cause Analysis and 8D report.
KPI Tracking and drive for quality improvement.
Develop and implement measurement programs and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to identify and resolve measurement-related issues.
Perform regular calibration and maintenance of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of measurement processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metrology technology to recommend improvements to measurement techniques and equipment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Prior experience in operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CMM family functions, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in metrology principles and measurement techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex measurement data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in measurements.
Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Knowledge of programming languages such as CMM software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
