Job Requirements:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Interacting with clients over the phone, facilitate communication amongst sales team and backend team
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Assist Director in adhoc duties
