Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer training and development activities
- Prepare monthly training reports
- Involve in annual training plan and review
- Administer training budgets and grants
- Provide support in other human resource functions
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in HRM or any other related field
Candidate must have at least 2 years of HR Function experience
