Our client is a conglomerate with diversified businesses. They are looking for an Assistant HR Manager for their Food and Beverage entity to assist with HR operations and payroll matters.
The Role
Reporting to the HRD, you will be involved with day to day HR operations activities which includes preparation of offer letters, orientation for new employees, work pass renewal and be the point of contact for all employees. You will also be involved with employee appraisal exercise and payroll matters such as ensuring attendance and payroll hours are accurate and employees are paid on time, submission of information to government authorities, etc.
Your Profile
You should have a Diploma in HR and bring along with you at least 4 years of HR and payroll experience. You are well organized, with the ability to work with minimal supervision, have good interpersonal and communication skills and are well versed in the employment act. Prior experience in F&B, retail or hospitality industries will be advantageous.
