Our client is a highly reputable Oil &Gas firm. They are seeking to hire a dynamic Assistant Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join their team.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll work in a team of finance professionals, managing a small network of team members worldwide. Your responsibilities encompass a broad range of financial tasks, including the monthly accounting for various investment holding and non-core business entities, quarterly sub-consolidation for specific business segments, daily treasury functions, and managing tax requirements. Additionally, you'll collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and the Investor Relations department on sustainability reporting.
Your Profile
To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA with the following related experiences:
- At least 6 –8 years of experience in accounting and finance experience.
- In-depth working experience managing full sets of accounts and consolidation.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excited about Sustainability reporting and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
