Job Description
- Monitor and maintain the company's computer networks and systems, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and network components.
- Maintain and update network security protocols to protect the company's sensitive data and information.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with IT partners to design and implement new hardware and software solutions to meet the company's evolving needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation of network and system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices, making recommendations for system improvements and upgrades as necessary.
- Train and support end-users on the proper use of hardware and software systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in network and system administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT professionals and end-users.
