RJob Description / Responsibilities
- To assist the managers and team to ensure the team’s performance is in line with company’s requirements.
- Ensure all admin records are accurate and up to date.
- To work with the team to ensure workflows are kept relevant and enforced. To review the work processes when required.
- To prepare and attend meetings with Team mainly on jobs status review.
- Tracking and updating of records and preparation of monthly reports and KPI.
- Liaising with engineers and customer to resolve business transaction matters if require.
- Perform data entry into SAP systems and Tableau.
- Perform general admin tasks.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ‘O’, ‘A’ Levels or Diploma (Any discipline).
- Attention to details, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
- Able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Will be good with experience in SAP systems and Tableau software.
