Their extensive portfolio and wide-ranging operations require a comprehensive and tailored approach to meet their varied needs. They are currently seeking for a Trade Finance Executive to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Review and process Letters of Credit to ensure they meet all relevant terms
- Prepare and send out export documents aligned with Credit Letter and contract terms
- Oversee freight loans by handling documentation and liaising with financial entities
- Manage trust receipt activities, always ensuring compliance
- Confirm accuracy of both export and import Letters of Credit against contractual obligations
- Work in tandem with buyers and suppliers to facilitate smooth Credit Letter processes and address any issues
The Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a role similar to commodities trading is essential
- Profound understanding of UCP600, international trade regulations, and incoterms
