Job Description:
- Manage a full recruitment process of job-posting, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Handle On-boarding & Off-boarding process. E.g. new employee orientation, issuing of uniforms & locker key, etc.
- conduct exit interview with resigners.
- Maintain employees database on infotech system and update personnel files.
- Prepare HR related letters for employees such employment letter, confirmation letter, termination letter and warning letter.
- Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation using EPOL and WPOL.
- Work with Head of Departments on payroll issue like employees absence from work, in complete clocking and lateness.
- Processing monthly payroll and submit to Finance Department for payment processing.
- Prepare and file tax for IR21 and IR8A.
- Liaise with head of department and external vendors pertaining to employee training and course enrolment.
- Arranging in-house mandatory training courses for relevant staff.
- Update and maintain training records for ISO audit.
- Monitor absentee payroll claim via Enterprise Portal
- Handle work injury claim, assist in IReport, follow up with Medical Certificate and claim submission.
- Claim timely Childcare leave, Maternity leave & Paternity leave.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
- Proactive, independent and a team player
- Driven and possess positive attitude
- Familiar with infotech HR systems will be added advantage
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Familiar with Work permit application.
- Fluent in Chinese
