Job Description:

  • Manage a full recruitment process of job-posting, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Handle On-boarding & Off-boarding process. E.g. new employee orientation, issuing of uniforms & locker key, etc.
  • conduct exit interview with resigners.
  • Maintain employees database on infotech system and update personnel files.
  • Prepare HR related letters for employees such employment letter, confirmation letter, termination letter and warning letter.
  • Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation using EPOL and WPOL.
  • Work with Head of Departments on payroll issue like employees absence from work, in complete clocking and lateness.
  • Processing monthly payroll and submit to Finance Department for payment processing.
  • Prepare and file tax for IR21 and IR8A.
  • Liaise with head of department and external vendors pertaining to employee training and course enrolment.
  • Arranging in-house mandatory training courses for relevant staff.
  • Update and maintain training records for ISO audit.
  • Monitor absentee payroll claim via Enterprise Portal
  • Handle work injury claim, assist in IReport, follow up with Medical Certificate and claim submission.
  • Claim timely Childcare leave, Maternity leave & Paternity leave.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Proactive, independent and a team player
  • Driven and possess positive attitude
  • Familiar with infotech HR systems will be added advantage
  • Familiar with Employment Act
  • Familiar with Work permit application.
  • Fluent in Chinese
