- Coordinating the day-to-day operations with the Senior Engineer
- Inspecting and ensuring smooth functioning of all the engineering processes
- Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the assigned budget
- Undertaking or scheduling repair or maintenance of the equipment
- Checking the inventory on a timely basis and ordering materials as required
- Creating engineering or technical drawings as per the specifications provided
- Checking if all the products used meet the quality standards
- Reviewing the design and development of various construction projects
- Visiting construction sites as and when needed
- Assisting in determining the number of materials and manpower required for various projects
- Analyzing and addressing any problems with the construction project in a timely manner
