As a key member of the HR Department, the Senior HR and Admin Executive reports to the COO. The role focuses on delivering the HR generalist functions supporting the business expansion, including ensuring the processes and systems that supports strategic HR initiatives for the various HR Functions. Responsibilities include on and off boarding, talent attraction, entire employee life, process improvement. The objective is to support the overall HR function within an organisation by ensuring smooth HR Delivery and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
i. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with in-house recruitment team to support recruitment activities for the Group.
- Responsible for providing full HR generalist support to the assigned business entities
- Opportunity to lead in assigned HR functions such as staff engagement, training and development, performance management etc
- Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies.
- Responsible for the consolidation of monthly HR reports (if applicable) for the Group/Business Entities and generate statistical reports as and when required
- To act as liaison between the Company and employees and ensure smooth communication and prompt resolutions of all queries
- Undertake any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
ii. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university
- Experience in handling heavy in-house recruitment or from recruitment agency is necessary.
- Knowledge in Singapore Labour Law is required.
- Possess good understanding of HR process, practices and local employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent in both communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details and accuracy
