Responsibilities:
1.Setting up new capability within Technical Services & Planning (TS&P) Division to deliver and improve divisional revenue and performance target.
2.Leading TS&P Digitalisation, Analytics, and SAP projects.
3.Providing dedicated Continual Improvement (CI) team within Technical Services & Planning Division, with role to identify and deliver process improvement activities across the division through LEAN methodologies.
4.Leading and facilitating LEAN/Kaizen workshops in the division to drive ideas and solutions.
5.Working with other ‘LEAN champions’ across the organisation to achieve alignment and synergy.
6.Evaluating various technical bulletins and publications from OEM for performance and reliability improvement.
7.Liaising with other divisions and aircraft / components manufacturers & vendors for various fleet technical issues.
8.Raising Modification Bulletins, Engineering Notes, Maintenance Memos, and Drawings.
9.Ensuring all designs generated are sound and are in compliance with Singapore Air Navigation Order, Singapore Airworthiness Requirements (SAR) Part 21 and Airworthiness Notices.
10.Such other duties as assigned by Manager Technical Services or Vice President Technical Services & Planning.
Requirements:
1.Degree in Engineering
2.Experience in digitalisation and analytics projects
3.Prior training in LEAN and experience in running Kaizen events would be advantageous
