Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive

Responsibilities :

1. Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, companies strike off, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
2. Managing, monitoring and advice on annual compliance for the company.
3. Attending of Board meeting and minutes writing.
4. Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Minute Books
5. Handle filings with ACRA
6. Assist a Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors
7. General administrative duties

Qualifications / experience requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Well-organised, self-motivated and ability to work independently
4. Team player
5. Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
6. Resourceful with initiative and drive
7. Good communication and writing skills in English
8. Prior experience in a Corporate Secretarial firm will be an advantage.
