Responsibilities :
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, companies strike off, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
- Managing, monitoring and advice on annual compliance for the company.
- Attending of Board meeting and minutes writing.
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Minute Books
- Handle filings with ACRA
- Assist a Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors
- General administrative duties
Qualifications / experience requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Well-organised, self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Team player
- Attention to details and ability to meet deadlines
- Resourceful with initiative and drive
- Good communication and writing skills in English
- Prior experience in a Corporate Secretarial firm will be an advantage.
