Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement within bank processes.
- Process Optimization: Assist in implementing new processes or refining existing ones to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and report on compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Report Generation: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including transaction volumes, processing times, and incidents of non-compliance.
- Issue Resolution: Help resolve operational problems as they arise and suggest preventive measures.
- Technology Implementation: Support the implementation of new banking technologies and systems to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various departments to gather information and coordinate operations activities.
- Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of operational training programs for bank staff.
